BEST restaurant and bar in the East Lansing area! Perfect for a quick bite before a game, a drink with friends, or a casual dinner. Location is awesome, close to MSU, and easy to get to from all directions. Food is delicious. Tried many different menu items and all are fantastic. Staff is the best, and the full bar is great. TV's placed all around for watching sports, very cool design and atmosphere. FAVORITE restaurant and bar to go to in the area!

My first time here. We had a nice relaxing time with good beers and good food. We had nice conversation without having to shout.

Got drinks with some girlfriends! We had a great time! It's not a big place, but there is plenty of seating both indoors and out. The staff is super friendly and attentive! And it's not just a bar, there is a good food selection - everything from appetizers to full entrees. Oh..and plenty of free parking!!! Not all places can offer that. I highly recommend it!

The food was excellent! Service was great and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. I honestly don't understand why this place isn't more busy. I think it's better value and better quality than other restaurants in the surrounding area. Definitely a go to choice for dinner if you're in the area.

Fantastic atmosphere and incredible food. We thoroughly enjoyed every thing we got, from salad to wings to sliders. Excited to try more. Plus it's nice to have a bar for young professionals in East Lansing.

We haven't dined in anywhere in 14 months, and this was an excellent way to reenter that phase of life. We sat on the patio and had fantastic nachos and tacos. We'll be back again soon!

I highly recommend this place for graduate students & professionals. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the hosts/bartenders are very friendly. This restaurant is definitely an East Lansing gem! If you decide to give this place try then I recommend the ravioli!

Love this place our favorite neighborhood spot in the area. 10/10 would recommend and the place I always bring my out of town friends when they visit. A great spot to watch a game, grab a beer, amazing food and exceptional service every time!

Chicken breast sandwich was very very good. I will be back to get this. Service was great also

What we had was really wonderful, a black bean slider (you get two, but they're the size of a regular sized burger), plus house fries, which are made with truffle oil and asiago cheese (included with the sliders), for $13. It's a small, but very nice place.

My fiancé and I ventured here with a great friend of ours and we loved it. An urban environment (business casual or casual attire) with exceptional food and service. I would highly recommend Side Bar to friends and family.

They've really upped their game with their happy hour specials. They've got a great selection of beer and wine, plus some good small bites to boot.

Food was very good, service was good, but they need to get different napkins! The ones they use are white and VERY LINTY! my black pants were covered with white lint afterwards which did not make me very happy.

Good is above average but not the very best. The place is a bit of an echo chamber. But it is a great place overall. Service is always top notch. Never waiting for anything.

Went after Riverwalk performance, had 15 minutes to order, they were more than happy to accommodate us. Service was perfect (Emily), we will return.
